2025 Rain Barrel Program

Haverhill is  offering discounted rain barrel to residents.

  • Drought Emergency: Haverhill declared a drought emergency, effective March 18, 2025, due to seven months of lower-than-expected rainfall. 

Scroll down to find out how to purchase your rain barrel and start saving water. Haverhill is offering one $25 rebate per  Haverhill address, no matter how many rain barrels are purchased. The Water Billing department will  take the rebate off the bill.

Ordering Instructions

  • Click on pictures below to access products that are on special for your community
  • Billing address must be consistent with address of credit card
  • All items will be delivered to address posted above for distribution
  • Make arrangements to pick your barrel up or have someone pick up for your at the distribution time. Barrels cannot be stored overnight at the distribution location.
  • All customer inquiry must be emailed to info@tgarb.com. A customer service agent will respond.
